Assigning a Default Calendar

 
It is necessary to set a default calendar for every project created on vPlanner. An Administrator can use the Project Options dialog to define a Default Calendar for the project. To define the default calendar, open the project for which you want to define the default calendar and click on the "Preferences" menu. Click on "Project Options".
 
 
An Alert stating "Changes to project options are global and will affect all users. Continue?". Click on OK to assign a default calendar to the project (applicable to all the users of the project) or click Cancel to abort.
 
Clicking on OK brings up the Project Options (Global) dialog. Here, the user can select from a list of available Default Project Calendar as shown below and then click Apply to save the changes.
