This reports tracks the Reasons for Variance for incomplete activities and any Root Cause information entered at the time the workplan was finalize.  We recommend that you review Reasons for Variance on a weekly basis by selecting a DateRange = past 4 weeks with a Split by Last Week.  This way you can spot emerging trends and act on the most common items to improve the overall reliability of the team.
