Creating and Managing Teams

 

Teams become a very important of Production Planning using vPlanner. Teams bring in accountability for activities that have been committed to during the Lookahead or Make Ready planning phases. Hence, it becomes important for the administrator to be aware of the procedure involved in creating and managing these teams, either within a project or across multiple projects.
