4. vPlanner.Manage

vPlanner.Manage is a complete production planning and control system and is compatible with the Last Planner System® workflow.   Through built-in analytics and a purpose-built pull-planning calculation engine, vPlanner is the only tool on the market that can fully support the needs of a project from Milestone Planning to daily task management.  Teams are able to represent plans of any complexity and manage thousands of activities in real-time.  The tool will rely on pull concepts to automatically prioritize the tasks, identify those that are required to keep the project on track (essential tasks), the backlog, and the late paths.    vPlanner.Manage can stand a long as the only project production planning system or it can integrated with CPM tools by importing tasks, logic and codes from legacy scheduling systems like P6 or MS Project.  Pull Plans developed in vPlanner.Manage can be exported to legacy scheduling systems as well.
