Review Late Paths

The review of late paths is an important function of production planning and control.  It is how you make sure that your plan meets its desired target dates.  It is recommended that you perform this review with the team once a week, right after the you status the commitments and finalize the workplan or during the lookahead planning meeting.  It is a good practice to never allow late paths to exceed 5 days anywhere in the plan. 

 

The dialog allow you to review all late paths, or specific late paths either for a team or based on how late they are are running.  You can perform the review on the visible tasks only or on all the tasks in the plan.
