This shows the list of the currently defined items. vPlanner includes a list of the most commonly used reasons for variance compiled in collaboration of various users. If the project is not defined, then the reason for variance will be available in all projects in the database.
Note - If you had already used some of the reasons of variance (review the Variance Reports dialog), then it is not recommended to rename and reuse existing reasons. It is better in this case to disable the status of the reasons you do not wish to use and create new ones.
