Creating a New Team
To create a Team in vPlanner, follow the procedure given below:

Go to the Attributes menu in vPlanner and click on the Teams option.

This brings up the Edit Teams dialog. Click on the Add button to create a New Team.

Clicking on Add button in the previous dialog brings up the Add/Edit Team dialog. Create a new team with an appropriate Team Name and Abbreviation. Also, pick the Sequence which determines the sort order used in the swimlane composer to arrange the teams. Click on Apply button. Close the Add/Edit Team dialog. Click on the OK button in the pop-up alert dialog to save all changes made since this dialog was opened. Click on the Cancel button if you want to discard changes.

Click on the Save | Close button on the Edit Teams dialog to save all changes made and close the dialog as shown below.
